Coaching Bio

For more than half a decade, Lucas Asu has been a student of the science of possibility. It all began when he was searching for ways to understand himself and to be a master of his environment instead being controlled by it. He desperately wanted to understand what it is that shapes and controls a person’s destiny; what the process is of creating one’s fortune even when living in an environment that is not supportive. He wanted to understand what creates the greats of life. He was constantly feeling drained, uncertain, unworthy, and hopeless about his future.

Out of frustration, pain, and desperation, he found a mentor through a book called Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins. By reading this inspirational book, Lucas realized that not only was there hope for a brighter future and a better life – whatever he wanted to be, create, and have in his life – there are people that have already done it and have left a path for him to follow.

Everything changed when Lucas realized that “the past does not equal the future”. If he could influence himself to make some simple changes in his thought process and behaviour and adopt the core emotions, beliefs, and convictions of the people he wanted to emulate, he could then gain access to the power and untapped resources within himself. This could open the door to a promising future for him as it did for others.

Now exposed to a very powerful system of developing inner strength and outer changes, Lucas became what he called “a student of the science of possibilities”. He began reading biographies of the most successful people of the previous century and our modern culture in business, sports, and politics. He then developed a keen interest in practical human psychology and personal development. He fully immersed himself in the marvellous works of Anthony Robbins and became one of his students. By immediately applying what he learned to his life, he saw a dramatic change in the quality of his life within weeks.

The information Lucas came across was so powerful he knew he had to learn more. He then invested in himself and spent three years fully immersed in mastering the skills and psychology that enabled the best leaders, teachers, coaches, mentors, therapists, and communication experts to produce results that defy conventional thinking.

Lucas has personally used these skills and technologies to transform every aspect of his life.  He has taken himself from a young man that was living in a relief shelter a few years ago to a man who is a powerful source of inspiration, certainty, and transformation to individuals, families and organisations globally.

Through his company, MSR Coaching, which he created three years ago, and his charitable endeavours, he has personally had an impact on the lives of hundreds of people.
